Our noodle is made from selected rice flour kneaded and cut into the size that matches the dish which you intend to cook. Once hydrated, the texture is just right for any cooking method: pan frying, boiling, or deep frying.
This extra large cut noodle is so popular to use for Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao dishes.
Direction: take the dehydrated noodle out of the packaging materials and soak it in room temperature water for at least 1 hour before cooking. 1/2 a pack or 7 oz. is a perfect portion for 2 servings.
